Manage Menu Boards & Point-of-Purchase Materials • Support menu updates, pricing adjustments, and promotional rotations with accuracy and speed • Create production files for digital menu boards, static menu panels, POP kits, and seasonal graphics • Ensure all menu materials are current, accurate, and optimized for in-store display • Collaborate with operations and field teams to ensure seamless menu system updates Must-haves: • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related discipline (or equivalent professional experience) • 3-5 years of experience as a Production Artist or Graphic Designer (QSR, retail, franchise, or multi-unit brand experience is a huge plus) • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop are your daily tools • Expert-level file preparation skills for both print and digital production • Strong layout, typography, and production workflow expertise • Multi-channel production experience including: • Print and out-of-home materials • Digital advertising assets • Social media graphics • Menu systems and menu boards • Large-format signage • Packaging and merchandise • Exceptional attention to detail - you catch typos, alignment issues, and color inconsistencies that others miss • Process-driven mindset - you follow brand standards religiously and maintain consistency across hundreds of files • File management mastery - you can manage large volumes of assets with consistent naming conventions and organized systems • Clear communication skills - you work well with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and franchisees • Ability to incorporate feedback and manage revisions professionally without ego • Creative problem-solving skills - you troubleshoot artwork issues, find solutions within vendor constraints, and adapt designs while maintaining brand integrity • Deadline-oriented work style - you thrive under pressure and deliver quality work on tight timelines You'll work alongside talented marketing professionals in an environment where your precision, organization, and design expertise drive brand consistency across an entire restaurant system.
