Production Artist at RLPS

We are seeking a full-time Production Artist to support RLPS's Design, Project, Marketing and Business Development teams through the creation of high-quality visual materials. This role plays a key part in communicating the firm's work, supporting client engagement efforts, and ensuring consistency with RLPS's brand standards across a wide range of deliverables.

As a Production Artist with 2 to 5 years of experience, you will collaborate with Designers, Architects, Marketing staff, Interior Designers, the Partnership, and others to translate technical concepts and written content into clear, compelling visual communication across all markets.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Publications & Reports

Design and layout whitepapers, feasibility studies, and charrette summary documentsOrganize and format complex information into clear, legible, and visually consistent documentsMaintain quality control and adherence to firm graphic standards across all materialsGraphic Systems & Visualization

Create infographics, charts, and diagrams to support proposals, presentations, and other marketing effortsAssist in translating technical and design-related information into visual formats (e.g. campus maps, site and floor plans, renderings, and other illustrative graphics)Support ongoing development and application of firm graphic standardsMarketing & Business Development Support

Design and produce marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, A3 sheets, and digital assetsDevelop promotional materials for events, conferences, and client engagement initiativesAssist with award submissions and other business development materialsEvent & Environmental Graphics

Design signage and supporting graphics for events and client environmentsAssist with preparation of conference materials and large-format graphics as requiredCollaboration & Coordination

Coordinate with marketing, business development, and design staff to meet project deadlinesManage multiple assignments simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detailWhat You'll Need

A resume and PDF of your portfolio or work samples.Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Microsoft Office applications.Proficiency in Adobe Express, Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Adobe After Effects is preferredKnowledge of Autodesk AutoCAD and/or Revit is preferred.Demonstrated ability of layouts, typography, and document organizationSkills & Attributes

Excellent written and verbal communication skillsEffective time management with the ability to prioritize multiple projectsHigh level of attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work both independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
