We have an immediate need for a Full-Time Graphic Artist to join our team. Your primary role will consist of using existing brand elements to develop art proofs and design for products, screen printing and embroidery. Projects will range from simple logos and company names on a t-shirt to creating bobble-head artwork from scratch. Previous experience in the Promotional Products industry is a plus! Essential Job Functions include (but not limited to): • Convert logos into Vector / Camera Ready / Production Ready Art • Vector art redraws • Create Virtual Proofs / Mockups • Sizing and placing art on product templates to make it print-ready • Cleaning up customer provided art • Layout and design • Typesetting • Logo / Graphic Design • Creative design work Skills: • Expert Experience of Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign • Develop concept ideas from direction, and stretch the concept to production art • Ability to take creative direction and client feedback then implement across a wide range of deliverables • Ability to prioritize and work under tight deadlines • Exceptional organization skills and strong attention to detail • Work independently while also collaborating in a team environment • The flexibility to adapt to new ideas, processes and business problems with ease and enthusiasm Minimum Position Qualifications: • BA or BFA in Graphic Design or other closely related field • 1-3 years Graphic Design experience within an in-house or design setting (could include co-ops/internships with good references) • Provide online Portfolio to display relevant work experience Principals only.
