Production Artist / Signage Graphic Designer Impact Sign and Graphics – Phoenix Division is seeking a production artist to join our growing company in a growing multi-million-dollar industry. Will be responsible for producing high quality design work, proofreading, and editing. Will work on layouts and prepare work for prepress and vinyl cutting. Will work with vendors in managing completion of jobs.
Must be able to work in our sign production shop area to prepare cut vinyl for application and do general shop sign production when needed.
3 to 5 years’ experience in Production Art / Signage Graphic design required in a sign or print shop Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) Must be extremely detail oriented and able to multi-task Ability to manage multiple projects at one time Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent customer and inter-company relationship skills Excellent follow-up methodology Graphics software application knowledge: Adobe Illustrator (must be strong suite), Photoshop, Acrobat and InDesign Graphics equipment experience: Routers, large and grand format printers (flatbed and roll to roll) PC environment
