Production Artist/Graphic Designer

The candidate will be directly supporting the firm’s brokers and should be able to prioritize and multi-task. The ideal candidate must be experienced in print and graphic design principles and designing and developing marketing materials. Responsibilities:  Support the company’s clients by creating marketing flyers and materials  Create various maps and aerials working with Google Earth, Illustrator and InDesign  Conduct daily property email blasts and social media campaigns  Manage, update and create content for the company website  Oversee brand standard optimization  Prepare collateral for client meetings and presentations  Basic project management, editing and writing skills required Qualifications/Education:  Bachelor’s degree or higher  3+ years graphic design experience  Expert in Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Word, Excel and PowerPoint  Basic HTML and video editing skills a plus  Social media experience a plus  Drone license/experience a plus  Detail-oriented, organized and strategic thinker  WEBSITE DESIGN ALONE IS INSUFFICIENT. Hours and Location:  Full time - Monday through Friday - 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM  Remote working through the pandemic with future ability for combination remote and in- office work.
