The Role

We’re looking for a Production Artist / Graphic Designer who can turn ideas into clean, production-ready monument designs. This is a hands-on role where your work goes directly into real-world production.

You’ll work directly with families to create personalized monuments, combining design skill, empathy, and attention to detail.

What You’ll Do

- Create custom monument designs using the Adobe Creative Suite

- Prepare artwork for laser etching and production

- Work directly with families to develop and finalize meaningful designs

- Use state-of-the-art image generating technology to assist in design concepts and visualization

- Collaborate with regional cemeteries to ensure compliance

- Edit and refine customer-provided images and layouts

- Assist in operating laser etching and stencil equipment (training provided)

What We’re Looking For

- Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite

- Ability to create clean, production-ready artwork

- Strong attention to detail and layout accuracy

- Comfortable working directly with families in person and over the phone

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Reliable and able to work on-site in Beavercreek and additional office locations

Bonus Skills (Not Required)

- Experience with print production, etching, or fabrication workflows

- Interest in emerging design technologies (AI-assisted tools, image generation, etc.)

- Web design or social media experience

Why This Role Is Different

This isn’t typical graphic design work. Everything you create becomes a permanent monument for a family. The work matters, and precision is critical.

Details

- Full-time

- Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

- Saturday, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

- Paid time off
