Production Artist/Graphic Designer

Job descriptionThis position requires excellent time management and a team oriented attitude. This position assists with design and pre-press production for a wide range of print projects including stationery, mailers, pocket folders, brochures and menus; and large format projects such as banners, window perfs, tradeshow graphics, working primarily in Adobe InDesign. This position has the opportunity for a hybrid work-from-home/office schedule once the probationary period has ended.Your Day to DayDaily responsibilities will range from design, editing and basic file setup, to creating dielines and formatting pieces for print production.Responsibilities:Produce high quality, press-ready deliverables for a wide range of clientsEnsure accurate, consistent, and timely completion of intermediate level design workPerform assigned tasks within the overall timeframe, budget, and work order specificationsTrack time and log project status in our project management systemsAdhere to established internal systems and processesAttend client or internal meetings as neededAdditional duties as assigned.Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Associate's Degree in Graphic Design3-5 years of design industry experienceHigh level of proficiency in Adobe InDesign is a mustProficiency in Illustrator, Acrobat, and Photoshop on a Mac OSExperience in MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications; familiarity with time-tracking/project management softwareWell-versed in setting up files properly for commercial print and large format productionSelf-motivated with critical attention to detail and deadlinesAbility to independently problem solve and prioritize workStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with coworkers and clientsAbility to work well both independently and within a teamJob Type: Full-timeSchedule: 8 hour shift, Monday - FridayJob Type: Full-timePay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayEducation:Associate (Required)Experience:Graphic design: 2 years (Preferred)Adobe Illustrator: 1 year (Preferred)Adobe InDesign: 2 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
