Production Assistant / Interior Sign and Printing Fabricator

Job Description Production Assistant / Interior Sign and Printing Fabricator Position Summary: This role takes on a number of responsibilities within our interior sign division and assists with ADA signage, graphic printing, vinyl, setting files and more! · Must follow all company safety policies and procedures, and immediately report all accidents to a manager or supervisor. · Vinyl - weed and application of vinyl and quality checks for signage · Graphic printing, laminating and application to various substrates · Intermediate graphic experience: knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, Vector images and artwork · Knowledge and experience with PMS colors, matching, printing, etc. · Staging, quality control and organization of multiple pieces and projects to ensure inventory is not lost and is ready for next phases of production · Fabrication of interior ADA signage - Nova Polymer machine, rowmark, braille, etc. Qualifications: · Positive attitude and creative insight · Ability to accurately read through designs and pay attention to details · Strong ability to work with your hands · Ability to learn new skills and techniques · Willingness to accept constructive criticism in order to improve your skill set · Strong attention to detail to maintain highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction · Comfortable with change in a variety of situations · Ability to complete multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment · Willingness to work under pressure in a dynamic environment · A positive attitude and willingness to do whatever it takes to complete the project Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour COVID-19 considerations: Yes - all not vaccinated employees are required to wear masks and socially distance.
