Production / Asst Graphic Designer

Must have a Professional appearance and a Positive outlook.Prioritize workflow; communicate to production staff daily; supervise the production process.Primary duties are running printers/equipment and production.Organize workflow through the production process.Perform quality assurance measures pre- and post-construction.Communicate with other employees and customers in a calm and professional manner.Multi-task—work on different projects simultaneously.Keep the production area neat, clean and organized.Assess and maintain current technology; notify Franchisee of any needed updates.Train employees on equipment, tools and efficiency-building methods.Serve as a backup for overflow design needs.Serve as backup in answering the phone and assisting at front counter if the franchisee, center manager and sales/service employees are not available.Ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed.Communicate with other employees regarding timing, extra charges, errors to enable them to keep customer advised of situations.Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.Participate in and practice the brand mentality of “Everybody Sells”. Ability to stand for long periods of time.Ability to use light equipment.Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator) ***MUST have some experienceAbility to lift 50 or more pounds.Flexibility to lean over a waist-high table and use back and forth hand motion to apply vinyl letters and graphics to a substrate.Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high quality work.Solid understanding of layout design and visual design best practices.Experience in sign manufacturing or production design is a plus.Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly to clients or team members.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.Company DescriptionFast paced Sign Company with a strong Brand that offers a wide variety of visual communication solutions including sign and graphic consultation and design, production, delivery and installation services.
