Production Designer (Digital + Print) | In-Office | $90K–$115K

This is a fully in-office role for a highly detail-oriented, hands-on designer with strong experience producing both digital and print assets. Creative Asset Production • Design and produce high-quality digital and print collateral, including brochures, presentations, web graphics, and social media assets • Execute and refine concepts using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and Figma • Prepare production-ready files for both print and digital distribution with a high level of accuracy Asset Management & Organization • Maintain and organize digital asset libraries with strong version control • Implement best practices for file organization and archiving Quality Assurance • Review and proof all materials for accuracy, consistency, and brand compliance • Troubleshoot and resolve production or formatting issues as needed What We're Looking For (Must-Have): • 5-7+ years of hands-on production or graphic design experience • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) • Strong experience with Figma • Portfolio required • Proven ability to prepare print-ready and digital production files • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to manage projects from concept through final delivery What Sets You Apart: • Strong understanding of production workflows and file setup • Ability to balance creative execution with technical precision • Comfortable working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment • Clear communicator and strong collaborator across teams Education: • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field Important: • This is a fully in-office position (no remote or hybrid) • A portfolio is required showcasing both digital and print work • Candidates must have hands-on production experience (not purely conceptual design) To Apply: Apply via LinkedIn or submit your resume and portfolio directly.
