We are partnering with a well-established organization in the insurance space to hire a Production Designer. This is a fully in-office role for a highly detail-oriented, hands-on designer with strong experience producing both digital and print assets.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple projects, and takes pride in delivering pixel-perfect, production-ready work.
Compensation:
• $90,000 - $115,000 base salary (depending on experience)
• Full-time, permanent role
• In-office (no remote or hybrid)
What You'll Do:
Creative Asset Production
• Design and produce high-quality digital and print collateral, including brochures, presentations, web graphics, and social media assets
• Execute and refine concepts using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and Figma
• Prepare production-ready files for both print and digital distribution with a high level of accuracy
Collaboration & Project Management
• Partner with marketing, sales, and communications teams to bring concepts to life
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Participate in creative reviews and contribute thoughtful feedback
Asset Management & Organization
• Maintain and organize digital asset libraries with strong version control
• Implement best practices for file organization and archiving
Quality Assurance
• Review and proof all materials for accuracy, consistency, and brand compliance
• Troubleshoot and resolve production or formatting issues as needed
What We're Looking For (Must-Have):
• 5-7+ years of hands-on production or graphic design experience
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat)
• Strong experience with Figma
• Portfolio required
• Proven ability to prepare print-ready and digital production files
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage projects from concept through final delivery
