UPM, OR PRODUCER. The rental coordinator is expected to communicate with all production inquiries in a timely and professional manner, generate quotes/invoices, handle contracts and insurance paperwork, keep accurate documents for accounting purposes, locate and procure sub-rented equipment from preferred vendors, coordinate shipping/logistics and manage the company's social media presence. REQUIREMENTS: \\- Must have Bachelor's degree and 2+ years' experience working in one or more of the above referenced roles. \\- Must be organized, proactive and willing to lend a helping hand in other areas of the company. \\- Must be willing to manage the company's social media presence.
