Production Graphic Designer

Job Title: Production Graphic Designer Location: Westwood, Los Angeles, California (In-person position) Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM (1-hour lunch break) Company: Unique Modern Signs We’re a close-knit, fast-paced team located in Westwood, Los Angeles, and we’re looking for a talented Production Graphic Designer to join us on-site. Job Summary: We’re seeking a creative, detail-oriented Production Graphic Designer with strong technical skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Responsibilities • Design print and digital graphics including business cards, flyers, banners, signage, and large-format displays • Prepare print-ready files with attention to bleed, resolution, color accuracy, and material requirements • Work directly with clients to understand project needs, present concepts, and make revisions as needed • Use Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator and Photoshop) on a daily basis • Incorporate AI tools to streamline design and production processes where applicable • Create project estimates and assist with quoting and customer service inquiries • Manage tasks and deadlines using Monday.com or similar project management tools • Collaborate closely with production staff and sales team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery • Maintain organized file management and production records • Troubleshoot production issues and ensure alignment with material and equipment capabilities Qualifications • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (required) • Experience in print design and production (e.g., business cards, flyers, banners, large-format graphics) • Understanding of file preparation for various print processes and substrates • Familiarity with AI design/workflow tools (a plus) • Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to create accurate estimates and manage revisions • Experience with Monday.com or similar project management software • Must be reliable, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Prior signage or print shop experience is highly desirable Job Details • Be part of a creative and collaborative team • Work on diverse, real-world design and production projects • Opportunity for growth and development in the print and signage industry • Make a direct impact on local businesses through high-quality design and execution To Apply
