Production Graphic Designer

Job Overview We’re hiring a Production Graphic Designer who understands how design translates from screen to physical production. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, production-minded designer who excels in vector-based artwork and enjoys collaborating closely with project managers and production teams. What You’ll Do • Create production-ready, vector-based artwork for signage, vehicle graphics, banners, and custom projects • Review and adjust client-supplied files to ensure accuracy and production feasibility • Build and revise proofs for Sales and Project Managers • Collaborate with Project Management and Production to resolve issues before production • Maintain quality control standards throughout the design and proofing process • Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines with precision What We’re Looking For • Strong expertise in Adobe Illustrator and vector-based design (required) • Experience designing artwork for manufacturing or production environments • Clear understanding of how artwork impacts fabrication and installation • Experience with Flexi or sign-industry software is a major plus • Organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative • Portfolio required (website or PDF is fine) Why This Role • Your work goes into real-world production—not just presentations • Collaborative, team-oriented environment • Variety of projects and clients • Competitive pay with full benefits package • Opportunity for growth
