Production Graphic Designer

TopTec Printing is a fast-growing custom apparel and graphics shop looking for a detail-oriented Production Graphic Designer who understands how to prepare artwork for embroidery, apparel printing, and vehicle graphics. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both graphic design and hands-on production work in a creative shop environment. and adjust stitch paths • Design and prep vehicle wrap graphics and large format prints • Prepare files for DTF printing, vinyl cutting, and screen printing • Enhance or recreate low-quality customer logos • Create simple mockups for customer approvals • Organize and manage artwork files for production Required Skills • Strong experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop • Understanding of vector artwork and file preparation • Ability to recreate and clean up logos from low-quality images • Knowledge of color separation and production-ready artwork • Experience with large format graphics or vehicle wraps What You’ll Be Working With • Commercial embroidery machines • Large format printers & cutters • Apparel printing (DTF, vinyl, screen print) • Vehicle graphics and wraps
