Production Graphic Designer

We’re hiring a full-time Production Graphic Designer for our Winter Park office! You’d be responsible for creating awesome vector artwork that we can turn into finished pins, coins, patches, and lanyards for our customers. Our products have exacting minimums for text and strokes to make designs that look good in the finished medium as well as on-screen.Applicants must possess the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to redirect their efforts as necessary.Our customers can be very specific about what they want their project to look like and they don’t always have the best eye for design.Compensation/Benefits Create production ready vector art and renders from customer ideas and original artwork.Work alongside the sales team as they quote designs and collect customer feedback.Update and revise artwork based on that feedback.Collaborate with sales and management to ensure designs are accurate and ready for production.Earn a proof closure bonus when a project is finalized.See your digital work turn into a real, finished pin, coin, patch, or lanyard!Why Work At This Company?
