Job Title: Graphic Designer / Representative (Print & Customer-Facing Role)

Overview:

We’re looking for a reliable, experienced Graphic Designer who can also handle real-world business operations—not just design behind a screen. This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced print environment, communicates well with customers, and can manage day-to-day office tasks with confidence.

If you’re the type who can design a flyer, answer a client call, quote a job, and keep things organized—you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Create print-ready designs (flyers, banners, business cards, event graphics, etc.)Work directly with customers in person, over the phone, and via emailAnswer phones and handle incoming inquiries professionallyPrepare estimates and quotes for print and design projectsProcess orders, invoices, and paymentsManage job workflow from intake to production coordinationProvide design guidance and recommendations to clientsKeep the front office organized and running efficientlyWhat We’re Looking For:

Strong experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)Previous experience in a print shop or fast-paced production environment (huge plus)Comfortable speaking with customers and handling sales conversationsDetail-oriented with the ability to multitask without mistakesStrong communication and problem-solving skillsOrganized, dependable, and able to take ownership of responsibilitiesBasic knowledge of printing processes, materials, and file setupBonus Points If You:

Have experience with large format printing or event brandingUnderstand pricing, margins, and quoting print jobsHave worked in a customer-facing role in a service-based businessThis Role Is NOT For:
