Beads by the Dozen is seeking a dynamic and innovative Production Graphic Designer to join our team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects ranging from Mardi Gras beads and throw items to custom corporate promotional items.

Your expertise in digital art and and production design will drive the creation of engaging visual content that captures attention and communicates the message of our clients effectively.

- Understand production limitations

- Like bold/fun/event-based design

- Must be organized and dependable

Duties...

- Create graphics for medallions, cups, beads, packaging and promotional items.

- Redraw/Re-create artwork into clean vector line art

- Create product mock-ups and digital proofs

- Design social media graphics and marketing materials

- Prepare artwork for print production

- Edit customer-submitted artwork

- Create one-color imprint artwork

- Work with Mardi Gras, seasonal, sports and wedding/event-themed graphics

- Adapt existing designs across products

- Collaborate with sales and production teams

- Handle revisions quickly and accurately

Proficiency in the following applications/areas:.

- Adobe Illustrator

- Photoshop

- Knowledgeable in Canva

- Vector Artwork Experience

- Typography/Layout Skills

- Print Production Knowledge

- Mockup Creation

- Attention to Detail

- Experience preparing artwork for production and print is highly preferred

- Web experience helpful

- Photography skills helpful

Portfolio Requirement:

- Applicants must provide a portfolio or examples of previous work

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
