Production Graphic Designer

This is a temporary 6‑month contract position. Major AccountabilitiesUnder the direction of Lead Designers, Team Manager, or the Creative Director, the Jr. Production Graphic Designer will execute a variety of creative projects (for example, global and regional emails, site components, social, affiliate banners, OOH and occasionally print advertising).They will be expected to handle several projects at a time and keep the Lead Designer & Global Ops Coordinator informed of any issues that may arise.Keeping a high level of creative output while holding to deadlines is a must.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor degree in design, 2+ years work experience creating and designing special projects.Proven knowledge and success in working across a variety of formats.Advanced knowledge of Figma, Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.Prior experience working in a project workflow management app such as Asana or ProWorkflow is preferred.Decision‑making authority is limited to following direction from a Lead Designer; no authority to make decisions on artwork.Keeping consistent with Brand Guidelines is a must; any artwork created during their time at New Balance is property of New Balance.Benefits for Regular AssociatesNew Balance offers a comprehensive traditional benefits package including three options for medical insurance as well as dental, vision, life insurance and 401K.
