Job Title: Graphic Designer Location: Baltimore, MD (Hybrid) Type: Contract Compensation: $35/HR Contractor Work Model: Hybrid (once a week) Overview Prep files for print and for digital sharing (PDFs/links) Rebuild and clean up PowerPoint decks: layouts, formatting, slide organization, making decks presentation-ready Apply solid design fundamentals (layout, typography, hierarchy, brand consistency) Work with marketing partners and vendors (e.g., printers) to deliver on deadlines What we’re looking for3+ years of graphic design experience (portfolio required) Strong production design skills and attention to detail Advanced Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop Strong PowerPoint skills (deck formatting + redesign/cleanup) Experience with regulated industries is a plus; government programs (Medicare/Medicaid) experience is a big plus Accessibility familiarity (ADA / Section 508 / WCAG) is a plus System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
