Production Graphics Designer – Graphics 22 Signs (Pittsburgh, PA)

We’re looking for a Production Graphics Designer who’s hands-on, detail-driven, and takes pride in seeing their work move from the screen to real-world installations. 2+ years of experience in sign production, graphics, or a related trade Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, FlexiSign, or similar design software Experience operating printers, plotters, laminators, and hand tools Comfortable in both digital and physical production environments Strong eye for detail, color, and layout accuracy Able to read and follow shop drawings and work orders Vinyl installation or CNC knowledge is a plus Competitive pay ($18–$30/hr depending on experience) Paid time off and holiday schedule On-the-job training and opportunities for advancement Clean, modern shop with digital printing, fabrication, and finishing equipment Supportive team that values craftsmanship, accountability, and creative problem-solving You’ll work alongside fabricators, installers, architects, engineers, and project managers who take pride in every detail.
