Production Lead

We’re the ones behind that fleet of trucks you see everywhere, and we’re also the ones that design, produce and install the wall and floor murals you see at businesses, universities and sports arenas across the U.S. We specialize in large-format printing that give our customers the wow-factor their business needed. Must have a quality and customer first mindset and act with efficiency to minimize waste and protect profits. Primary Roles and Responsibilities: 50% Printing and Production (including measuring, finishing and some installations) 25% Graphic Design 15% Inventory Management and Equipment Maintenance 10% Miscellaneous (i.e., studio upkeep and deliveries) Core Functions: • Printing and production of client orders • Inspect customer files, provide digital proofs and make the graphics print- ready • Operate and maintain large-format printers, laminators and plotters • Participate in inventory and procurement* • Graphic design services (unless outsourced) *The team can help with the actual ordering of materials, so long as you provide a list of what is needed Secondary Functions: • Smaller graphic installations (if skilled) • Vehicle inspections and measurements; performing site surveys • Packing, labeling and shipping completed jobs • Utilization of software for estimates/quotes (in due time) Other Required Skills: • Customer- service oriented (this is the lifeblood of the organization) • Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and problem-solving skills • Team player who can accept constructive criticism • Focus on quality assurance (ensuring the finished product is 100% correct before it leaves the studio) • Superior time management focus in order to achieve efficiencies and meet strict deadlines • Excellent communication skills, both internally and with customers • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
