The Production Lead is responsible for assisting with work order, monitoring team attendance, and driving production efficiency while ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced production environment. • Assist Supervisor in reviewing daily production schedule. • Assist Supervisor in shift transition and attend pre-shift or end-of-day huddles as required. • While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to talk and hear.
