Production Manager Graphic Design Mariasch Studios, Inc We are a Manufacturer of gifts and decorative accessories located in Lynbrook, Long Island currently looking for a Production Manager with a creative flair to be responsible for the management of the production department of our fast growing and fast paced company. The future Production Manager will love the diversity the role offers and your daily tasks will include: • Managing a workforce of 6 team members in the production department by preparing design work to be printed on all products • Responsible for all aspects of creating the highest quality merchandise and meeting customer demands. • Setting up daily workloads for printing and sewing of merchandise • Develop workforce thru supervision, coaching, and training • Ensure that printing equipment is maintained, and that all parts and supplies are at hand. • Communicate with customers and representatives regarding custom design work and projects. Candidate Qualities: • Excellent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
