The Role 

Our Key Art team is seeking an experienced Production Manager to help support the development and delivery of high-quality key art creative assets across film, television and streaming. With a strong understanding of key art production, creative workflows, and technical delivery requirements, you will work hands-on across projects from creative development through final delivery, building templates, mechanicals, presentations, and final assets while ensuring all work meets creative and client specifications.

The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in creative production, specifically in entertainment key art and print production. You are comfortable working across multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced creative environment, collaborating closely with creative and account teams, and navigating the technical specifications, licensing requirements, and delivery standards unique to each client.

In this role, you will manage the day-to-day production execution of key art projects from creative development through final delivery. Responsibilities include building templates and mechanicals, preparing final presentations and deliverables, managing client-specific specifications and licensing requirements, and anticipating production needs and potential roadblocks. Because this role focuses heavily on production execution and final delivery, a strong understanding of key art production workflows and the requirements of both print and digital deliverables is essential.

Here’s What You’ll Do

*Production & Execution*

* Build and adapt creative layouts, templates, mechanicals, and final presentations across key art projects.
* Prepare and finalize production files for print, OOH and digital delivery, ensuring accuracy and adherence to client specifications.
* Review creative comp files and make necessary production adjustments to ensure work is technically sound and ready for final delivery.
* Manage print vendors for proofing

*Quality Control & Final Delivery*

* Own the preparation and quality control of final deliverables, ensuring all assets meet client-specific technical requirements and spec sheets.
* Maintain a thorough understanding of individual client specifications, file requirements, naming conventions, and delivery processes.
* Review final files for accuracy, consistency, resolution, color, sizing, and other production requirements prior to release.

*Asset, Licensing & Creative Support*

* Track and manage licensed imagery, fonts, and other creative assets to ensure proper usage and documentation throughout the production process.
* Partner closely with Creative and Account teams to anticipate production needs and support projects from creative development through final delivery.
* Serve as a hands-on production resource to the creative team, helping troubleshoot files, solve technical challenges, and keep work moving efficiently.

Here’s What It Takes

* 5-10 years of experience as a Production Artist or in a comparable production-focused creative role, preferably within an agency or entertainment environment.
* Entertainment experience across film, television, streaming, or entertainment brands strongly preferred.
* Strong experience building production-ready mechanicals and preparing final files for print and digital delivery.
* Experience with image retouching, file preparation, layout adaptation, and versioning.
* Strong understanding of print production requirements, digital specifications, color, resolution, and file formats.
* High level of proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
* Exceptional attention to detail and file organization.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a deadline-driven creative environment.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* A team-first mentality and willingness to jump in wherever needed to help deliver great work.
