Production/Customer Service Team Members

Typical production duties will include (but not limited to) using graphics programs on a PC to produce identification products using laser engraving, digital printing, and other printing processes. Typical customer service duties will include (but not limited to) using email, live chat, and phones to assist customers with placing orders and creating product design templates. Additional responsibilities for both positions will also include proofing (quality assurance), assembling, and shipping products to customers.
