Collaborates with Product Management to ensure print proofs are color accurate to buyer expectations. Product Design (30% of time): • Responsible for • assisting with the design of in-house projects from inception to production. • Participates in brainstorms to develop innovative, brand right product that supports creative strategies and meets retailer and consumer needs. • Participates in special projects as needed as well as all other duties assigned by direct Supervisor. Skills and Knowledge: • Ability to see the big picture • Very meticulous with the ability to work under, and meet, tight deadlines.
