Manages design projects as assigned , translating communication objectives into creative concepts, including recruitment, retention, and development materials, employee handbooks, compensation plans, work calendars, and other marketing assets related to the employee lifecycle. Creates graphics for presentations, websites, print publications, and other formats, ensuring all materials meet internal and external needs for attracting, retaining, and developing world-class talent for HISD. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field. Experience designing for various formats, including websites, social media, presentations, print publications, brochures, flyers, etc. Ability to travel to schools thought the district.
