The Idaho State Tax Commission is seeking a talented Graphic Artist to join our Project Management team in a part-time (19.5 hours per week) non-benefited, non-classified position. The successful candidate will enjoy working with people from across the agency, exploring new technology, participating in teams, and contributing to a variety of projects where you can help plan, organize, coordinate, and bring ideas to life. Responsibilities:Design, edit, and publish agency tax forms and instructions.Produce Individual Income Tax and Business Income Tax booklets for print and online publication.Design, create, edit, and maintain SharePoint pages and content.Collaborate with forms committees on form development and revisions.Collaborate with committees on form changes, potential issues, and solutions.Support in managing the agency's document tracking and version-control system.Review forms and publications for accuracy, consistency, and compliance.Maintain agency branding standards and templates.Minimum Qualifications: Some knowledge of management practices (typically gained by completion of at least 1 upper division course or 60 hours of training that covered the essential elements of management (planning, organizing, leading, and controlling) OR at least 6 months of experience performing all management elements)Some knowledge of program or project planning and implementation (typically gained by at least 6 months of experience involved in program/project management planning and implementation as a team member or individual contributor.)Experience developing and evaluating policies and procedures (typically gained by at least 6 months of experience writing or assisting in the review, audit, or development of policies, procedures, field memoranda, directives or post orders)Desirable QualificationsStrong interpersonal skills.Experience working on or leading team made up of members with diverse perspectives.Experience using: --- InDesign or other software to create forms --- Adobe Creative Suite software --- Microsoft SharePoint Why Join Us?OUR VISION: Great people.
