We have an immediate full time opening for an entry level Project and Web to Print Coordinator. Prior experience with customer service, HTML and CSS helpful. · Communicate with the customer to determine their goals and expectations · Use the web-based interface to adjust website colors, make minor design changes, add new products, and set up custom images · Work in InDesign to set up customers’ files for online portal use · Monitor orders and inventory levels daily for existing portals Preferred Qualifications and Experience · Customer service experience · Printing experience · Adobe Creative Suite (Particularly InDesign) · HTML & CSS · Intermediate skill level in Excel · Excellent time management with the ability to work independently · Very organized and detail oriented · Embraces learning and working in new programs The description above represents the most significant essential duties of the job but does not exclude other occasional work assignments not mentioned.
