Construction Project Manager Custom Fabrication Shop is adding Team Members (Orlando, FL) We are a custom manufacturer of sets, props, and signage. We are currently seeking a Project Manager with excellent attention to detail, organization and strong communication skills. Must understand graphics, props and set construction with a knowledge of fabrication in metals, wood, fiberglass, and painting. Responsibilities: * Understand project requirements * Lead all communications with clients via phone, email and in-person * Develop fabrication methods and design with CAD Team * Manage materials and supplies for fabrication * Schedule and supervise fabrication team; carpenters, welders, painters * Manage quality of product * Manage project schedule * Manage project resources (cost) * Direct change orders * Closeouts Skills: Proper English skills (written and spoken) Computer literate (Excel, Word) A visual eye for quality and correctness Must be highly organized Ability to multitask successfully Type minimum of 30 WPM+ We work worldwide, some travel for installs and client meetings will be required.
