Project Manager — Trade Show & Large-Format Graphics
Location: Las Vegas, Nevada
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend/on-call work during major projects and events
Pay: Negotiable based on experience
Design To Print is a full-service grand format printing and visual graphics company known for producing high-impact visual solutions. We are looking for an experienced, highly organized Project Manager who understands what it takes to take a project from initial client conversation through production, installation, and completion.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in trade shows, exhibits, event graphics, large-format printing, signage, environmental graphics, retail displays, or other deadline-driven visual production environments.
Our projects move quickly, deadlines matter, and details make the difference. The right person will be confident managing multiple projects simultaneously, communicating with clients and production teams, anticipating problems before they happen, and making sure every project is delivered on time and to our high standards.
What You'll Do
Manage projects from initial scope and planning through production, delivery, installation, and completion
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
Work directly with clients to understand project requirements, objectives, timelines, budgets, and expectations
Develop project timelines and coordinate resources, equipment, materials, vendors, and internal production teams
Translate client needs and project specifications into clear, actionable instructions for design and production
Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while keeping deadlines, priorities, and details organized
Review project requirements, artwork, materials, quantities, specifications, and special instructions to identify potential obstacles before production begins
Coordinate trade show and event-related projects where deadlines are firm and missed delivery dates are not an option
Manage production schedules and communicate changing priorities to the appropriate teams
Coordinate shipping, delivery, installation, dismantling, and other event logistics as needed
Assist with project estimates, budgets, purchase orders, and financial tracking
Monitor project progress and proactively address issues, delays, or changes
Identify potential risks and develop solutions before they affect the client or production schedule
Maintain accurate project documentation and status information
Communicate project status, changes, and expectations clearly with clients and internal teams
Conduct quality-control reviews to ensure finished work meets project specifications and Design To Print standards
Help create a positive client experience while protecting project profitability and production efficiency
Experience in trade show, exhibit, event, convention, or large-format graphics production is strongly preferred.
We're especially interested in candidates who understand the unique demands of projects involving:
Trade show booths and exhibit graphics
Event and convention graphics
Banners, backdrops, fabric graphics, and displays
Large-format printing
Dimensional and environmental graphics
Signage and wayfinding
Retail and branded environments
Installation and dismantling
Tight event deadlines and freight/shipping coordination
Multiple vendors, contractors, and production teams
Last-minute changes and problem-solving under pressure
You don't need to know every piece of our equipment or production process on day one. You do need to understand how to manage a complex project, communicate clearly, stay ahead of deadlines, and take ownership when something needs to be solved.
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of project management experience
Trade show, exhibit, convention, event, signage, printing, graphics, fabrication, or visual production experience
Experience coordinating projects involving multiple departments and outside vendors
Experience managing projects with firm delivery or event deadlines
Experience with estimating, budgeting, purchasing, and vendor coordination
Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Microsoft Planner, Trello, or similar platforms
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Experience working with large-format graphics or print production is a significant advantage
Why Join Design To Print?

If you're an experienced project manager who knows how to keep people, materials, information, and deadlines moving in the same direction—and you thrive when the pressure is on—we'd like to meet you.
