About the position This role combines project management with graphic design, requiring effective communication with clients and team members, as well as proficiency in design software to create and modify signage designs. Responsibilities • Work closely with clients to understand their signage needs and develop project plans to meet their expectations (including: quotes/proofs/scheduling/etc.) , • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure they are completed on time and within budget , • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure everyone is on the same page , • Use Adobe Illustrator to create and modify designs for signage , • Ensure the quality and accuracy of all signage produced , • Assist with other tasks as needed to support the team and business. Requirements • Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator (Photoshop/Microsoft Suite are a plus) , • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) , • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills , • Ability to think critically and problem solve , • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes , • Sign experience and layout/design is a plus.
