Project/Office Manager

This role exists to: • Protect leadership time • Keep clients informed, calm, and confident • Ensure projects, people, and priorities move forward • Bring structure to a creative agency environment • Enforce standards, policies, and accountability • Grow into overseeing daily operations and leadership You will act as the bridge between ownership, the team, and clients, ensuring communication is clear, work is moving, and expectations are consistently upheld. Marketing & Social Media Oversight • Coordinate social media planning and execution • Ensure brand consistency and timely posting • Communicate with internal team members responsible for content and design • Understand marketing strategy well enough to speak confidently with clients • Facebook Ads understanding is a strong plus, including campaign intent and performance basics This is not an entry-level role. You must have: • Agency experience in marketing, design, advertising, or web • Strong client-facing experience handling timelines, expectations, and difficult conversations • Operations or project management experience • Working knowledge of marketing, websites, social media, and branding • Prior people management or leadership experience • Strong social media experience • Comfort enforcing policies and holding others accountable • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Calm, confident decision-making under pressure
