USA Environmental, Inc. (USA) provides services to government agencies’ Military Munitions Response Programs (MMRP) worldwide for characterization and remediation of Munitions and Explosives of Concern (MEC), including Unexploded Ordnance (UXO). USA is seeking a Full-Time Government Proposal Administrator for its Oldsmar, FL Corporate Office who will be responsible to perform marketing and proposal administration (development, tracking, and assembly/delivery), in response to solicitations such as large prime requests for proposals (RFPs), task order RFPs, and pricing requests from federal agencies, Department of Defense contract holders and teaming partners. The Government Proposal Administrator will work closely with all internal Departments, Marketing Manager and Business Development Director; will assist proposal manager with development of compliance matrices, proposal outlines/templates, and proposal review and production schedules; and will also assist in coordinating proposal kick-off and review meetings. In addition, the individual will be responsible for assisting with monitoring and making updates to USA’s website and social media sites; graphic design and production of proposal or promotional materials using graphic design and/or page layout software; and organize participation in industry days, conferences and other promotional activities. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience within the environmental, hazardous waste, radiological, architectural / engineering / construction or munitions response industry.
