What We’re Looking For • 1–3+ years of A/E/C proposal experience (government RFPs strongly preferred). • Strong graphic/layout skills (Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office required; Photoshop/Illustrator a plus). • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Marketing, or related field (Architecture/Engineering background a plus).
