Summit Design and Engineering Services, Inc. is searching for a skilled Proposal & Graphics Coordinator to join our Marketing team! The Proposal & Graphics Coordinator will contribute to the planning and implementation of marketing and communications initiatives. This role combines marketing coordination, proposal development, and strong graphic design capabilities to create compelling visual and written content that supports brand growth and project pursuits. Assist with the preparation of proposals, qualifications (RFQs/RFPs), and interview presentationsCoordinate with technical staff to gather content for marketing materialsMaintain and update marketing databases, project sheets, and resumesSupport pursuit strategies and deadline-driven submissions Content Development
