(Find us on instagram: RavenBearRanch for photos and videos to get a better feel for us) And check out our Airbnb listings: https://linktr.ee/ravenbearranch/ This will be a Monday to Friday 9-5 position Occasional weekend days available if extra work is wanted Also the opportunity to stay at the ranch when the owners leave Airbnb and House Responsibilities: Fully managing the Airbnb’s while at the ranch Cleaning our units between guests Keeping the main house family room, kitchen and laundry clean/tidy Responsible for keeping Airbnb and house supplies stocked Responding back to guests questions via the Airbnb app Organizing Running errands Animal Responsibilities: Feeding the ranch animals Brushing the goats and horses Shoveling horse and goat poop out of the way Taking the goats on walks Taking pictures and videos of the animals for social media Landscaping Responsibilities: Pruning and trimming plants and trees Weeding Picking up sticks and rocks to keep everything looking “clean” Leaf Blowing Weedeating Ensuring everything gets watered Other duties: Communicating with the plumber, electrician, carpenter and irrigation specialist when things need to be fixed. (if we are not able to fix ourselves) Assisting the owners as other things come up About us: We are two entrepreneurs, Dori and Meredith and we live in the main house. We both have our own businesses and as most entrepreneurs do... we created a business out of our ranch and would like to back away from the duties of the ranch business to focus more on our other businesses. As you are trained she will leave the ranch and go to Dori’s office which is 2 miles from the house.
