Utilize batch image processing and automation tools to maximize efficiency.Project Execution: Manage design projects systematically from initial request and layout templating through final production, including print file setup and vendor communication.Brand Governance: Develop, maintain and champion Wagner’s brand identity across all internal and external touchpoints.Campaign Asset Production: Build structured, high‑performing digital and print assets for multi‑channel sales and marketing campaigns, including product sell sheets, display ads, social media and email graphics, business cards and table displays.Multimedia Production: Serve as the internal resource for standardized product photography, video capture and image editing.Process Improvement: Regularly research and integrate emerging design tools and practices, including AI‑assisted workflows and Adobe plugins, to better serve Wagner’s marketing goals.Audience Informed Design: Leverage best practices in UX and UI to test and evolve design performance for Wagner’s customer personas.Perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsEducation and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Information Design, Digital Media Production, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.Experience conveying complex information through visual design, such as engineering drawings, technical specifications, schematics or multi‑page product catalogs.Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.Experience creating website landing pages and promotional banners for multi‑channel campaigns.Experience using video editing software to create short promotional videos.Experience with product and architectural photography, videography and media editing.Proficiency with batch image processing and AI‑assistant tools to accelerate production tasks.Job Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesExcellent communication skills – diligently seeks clarity and alignment with project stakeholders.Strong project management and multi‑tasking capability – must be comfortable independently prioritizing and shepherding project requests from multiple internal teams to meet project goals and deadlines.Advanced organizational skills with outstanding attention to detail, layout structure and file hygiene.Ability to work seamlessly with internal engineering, sales and marketing teams as well as external print and production vendors.Physical Demands / Work EnvironmentThe physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those required for an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
