Real Estate Administrative Assistant

Fast paced, growing Real Estate company looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative support tasks. Responsibilities • Oversee all aspects of the administration real estate team business • Organize and schedule appointments • Create, manage and implement all systems for sellers, buyers, client database management lead generation tracking, lead follow-up & all office administration • Hold agent(s) accountable for conducting all agreed upon lead generation activities • Ensure that all agent activities are limited to listing property, showing property, negotiating contracts & lead generation. • Manage client database management program and system • Create and regularly prepare all buyer and seller consultation packages • Regularly assist agent to manage and enhance agent’s social media presence. Skills • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant • Strong literacy and numeracy skills to handle administrative tasks • Knowledge of basic computer skills to track and monitory leads and feedback • Working knowledge of social media for monitoring and advertising purposes • Graphic design experience preferred to create advertisements • Administrative, accounting and marketing experience preferred • Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time as well as prioritize and manage time efficiently • Ability to communicate effectively with buyers, sellers, real estate agents and vendors both verbally and in writing • People oriented, dedicated to customer service, extremely organized and attentive to detail.
