The Real Estate Assistant is responsible for supporting two high producing Realtors with administrative support. Main tasks include but not limited to: • Social media account management • Update website, blog, and assist with monthly newsletter • Data entry across multiple platforms (internal docs, CRM, and more) • RealScout/MLS management • Docusign • Schedule and meet vendors • Coordinate showings • Prep direct mail campaigns • Field requests and follow up with internal teams, clients, and vendors • Assist in set up and management of new listings • Track and report analytics for social marketing campaigns • Review reports • Ad hoc projects and tasks as needed Qualifications: • Strong background in a supporting role with highly driven team • Fast learner and highly organized • Social media savvy • Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial, independent environment • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Strong attention to detail • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Graphic design knowledge a plus • At least 1 year of admin assistant work experience, real estate sector a plus • Active real estate license strongly preferred • Knowledge of and staying on top of real estate trends a plus Job Type: Part-time Salary: $20/hour plus bonus on every transaction closed.
