Real estate agent required to join a successful and growing team at one of NYC's top brokerage firms. Newly licensed or soon-to-be qualified is ok, provided you have a proven track-record in non-real estate sales or can otherwise demonstrate that you have what it takes to succeed in this business. The ideal candidate will have the following qualities and qualifications: be a personable, hard working and ambitious self-starter; have strong written and oral communication skills; be honest and committed to always acting with integrity; be comfortable making cold calls and working from sales scripts; be able to work collaboratively as part of a team; and be willing to commute back and forth between Brooklyn and Manhattan on a regular basis.
