Marketing Firm seeks a part-time (15-25 hours per week) Receptionist/Sales Assistant/Graphic Artist for the following tasks: -answer phones, prepare and mail out sales packages -update Salesforce, prepare orders -manage data, proofread materials -make graphic art changes to creative designs -manage special projects, inventory of items, re-order supplies -confirm client information via phone and online research -run errands and other duties as needed The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, good communication skills, be detail-oriented, have a solid understanding of Excel and Adobe, and possess a great work ethic. Ideal for a college student considering a marketing, sales, or business career. Ideally able to work four hours per day...some flexibility with schedule for the right candidate.
