The Graphic Design and Proposal Production Manager (GDPP or Graphic Designer) is responsible for the development and implementation of design solutions for projects ranging from very complex to simple. The GDPP partners with the Content Development Manager and Pursuit Team in the timely development of creative work that is both compelling and strategic. The Graphic Designer provides leadership in the design and production of proposals and associated material to meet established business objectives and results. The Graphic Designer must exhibit basic knowledge of Pursuit Team and clients’ business challenges to execute design requests as defined by the client.
