This job is based in our Chicago HQ where we have a hybrid work arrangement.RequirementsRequirementsBachelor's degree in graphic design, Digital Media, Visual Arts, or a related field3+ years graphic design experienceProven success working with marketing clients (in-house or agency) theory: understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, illustration, and color theory; ability to produce high-quality work and pay attention to the smallest details.Demonstrated expertise in brand management.Ability to adapt to feedback from multiple sources and iterative design processes.Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), and PowerPoint; a keen eye for aesthetics.Proficiency with HTML/CSS; advanced web coding skills are a plus.Real estate industry experience preferred.Experience working with web developers is a plus. Must be able to operate camera, microphone, and lighting. Must be able to pack, transport, and set video equipment for occasional offsite shoots.
