Job Type Full-timeDescriptionJoin Centex Technologies as a Graphic Designer supporting the Army Applications Laboratory (AAL).In this exciting role, you'll contribute to AAL's mission of accelerating the discovery, evaluation, and transition of dual-use technology and business practices for the U.S. Army.Your creative skills will be instrumental in translating AAL's mission into a realistic, executable, and documented digital strategy. You'll work on internal and external communications, content creation, and web development, playing a crucial role in AAL's efforts to reshape how the Army delivers capabilities in support of Multi-Domain Operations.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSCreate visually appealing designs using computer software or by handDevelop graphics for product illustrations, logos, and websitesCollaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirementsPresent design concepts and incorporate feedbackEnsure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brandStay up-to-date with industry trends and design software RequirementsKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES (KSA)Advanced graphic design experienceStrong in Adobe IllustratorStrong in Adobe InDesignStrong in Adobe PhotoshopExperience in developing presentations on PowerPoint and Google SlidesProficiency in image editingAttention to detail and creativityStrong branding experienceEDUCATION & EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field2-4 years of experience in graphic designExperience with both digital and print designPHYSICAL DEMANDSThis position requires the ability to sit for extended periods, operate a computer, and perform other light office tasks.
