Your hours will need to be between 8AM-5PM EST but the exact weekly schedule of your hours will be determined by you upon hire. We are hoping to find a candidate looking for a long-term remote position. You will need to be available for at least 2 hours each week days to ensure timely customer response. *Primary responsibilities will be customer service: \\- Answering phone & returning calls \\- Managing customer emails\ inquires \\- Managing live chat \\- Updating client profiles on our online directory \\- Calling on warm leads to help them setup free accounts and check-in (50 calls/week) *Secondary responsibilities will be: \\- Scheduling and assisting clients regarding creative processes (e.g. scheduling photography and/or interviewing clients with our questionnaire and recording) \\- Documentation of F.A.Q. 's as you learn the popular questions in the customer service role.
