Remote Graphic Design & Marketing Specialist

We’re hiring a Graphic Design & Marketing Specialist to help bring Singleton Schreiber’s brand and marketing strategy to life across print, digital, advertising, attorney marketing, events, and regional campaigns.

This is an execution-heavy, graphics-focused role for someone who can manage a high volume of creative requests while maintaining strong visual consistency and attention to detail. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable designing a polished campaign, updating attorney marketing materials, preparing event collateral, organizing creative assets, and managing revisions from request through completion.

The role will work closely with marketing leadership, attorneys, coordinators, video, digital, business development, and outside vendors to ensure projects are completed accurately, professionally, and on time.

This remote role is open to candidates located in the Eastern Time Zone.

Salary: $35.00–$45.00 per hour

Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualifications for the role.

What Success Looks Like (90–180 Days)

Consistent, high-quality creative work across firmwide and regional marketing initiativesFaster design turnaround times and a reliable creative production pipelineStrong visual consistency across print, digital, advertising, attorney, and event materialsMarketing materials that reflect firm brand standards while adapting appropriately for different markets and audiencesAn organized and accessible library of templates, photography, logos, brand assets, and completed creativeStrong ownership of projects from initial request through revisions, approval, production, and completionResponsive support for attorneys, offices, and Marketing team membersAccurate, polished work that requires minimal correction

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Creative ProductionDevelop creative concepts based on marketing objectives and messagingResize and adapt creative across formats, markets, offices, campaigns, and advertising placementsPrepare final artwork for print and digital productionHandle revisions quickly and accurately while maintaining the integrity of the overall design

Design a wide range of print and digital marketing materials, including:

One-sheets and brochuresPostcards and direct mailDigital and display advertisingPaid advertising graphicsEvent invitations and materialsSignage and bannersPresentations and presentation graphicsInfographics and educational materialsAttorney marketing materialsFirm announcements and recognition graphicsWebsite graphics and digital assetsCampaign creative and supporting collateral

Attorney & Firm Marketing Support

Create and update attorney marketing materials, including business cards, profile materials, biographies, presentations, recognition materials, and other attorney-facing collateralSupport attorney onboarding and offboarding by coordinating required marketing materials and updatesAssist with adding attorney awards, recognitions, directories to the websiteWork with Marketing leadership to ensure attorney materials remain consistent with the firm’s overall brand and messaging

Website & Digital Marketing Support

Support website content updates, including attorney and staff profiles, media mentions, blogs, event pages, announcements, and related visual assetsFormat and prepare content so website materials are visually consistent, accurate, and on brandLearn and work within the firm’s website content management system and established digital workflows

Qualifications

3+ years design experience (in-house or agency)Strong designcapabilities (Canva + Adobe preferred; Canva expertrequired)Strong understanding of layout, typography, branding, visual hierarchy and designAbility to translate complex information into clear, visually engaging creativeExperience creating a variety of marketing materials, including digital graphics, social media creative, presentations, one-sheets, event materials, advertisements and other branded collateralStrong copy and editing instincts, with the ability to see when messaging needs to be tightened or clarifiedAbility to work quickly while producing thoughtful and professional contentStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at one timeAbility to work independently while also collaborating with marketing and leadershipComfortable receiving feedback, making revisions quickly while maintaining brand standards on all projects

Bonus (Preferred)

Experience in high-stakes service brandsMotion graphics (simple After Effects / Canva motion / CapCut motion elements)Experience supporting social media campaigns or working alongside social media team
