Remote Graphic Designer Contractor

As a Graphic Design Contractor, you will collaborate with Goodyear's Center for Leadership Development and cross-functional teams to create visually compelling assets that enhance learning experiences for a global audience. Your responsibilities may include: • Designing graphics for eLearning modules, instructor-led training, and blended learning programs • Creating visual assets such as infographics, job aids, presentation decks, and digital banners • Collaborating with instructional designers to translate complex concepts into engaging visuals • Ensuring brand consistency and accessibility across all design deliverables • Supporting localization and formatting for global audiences • Managing multiple design projects with varying timelines and scopes
