Renewable Energy Alaska Project (REAP) is recruiting for a Development Director. REAP is a statewide, non-profit education and advocacy group for clean energy with a 15-year history of accomplishments. Reports to the Executive Director Required Skills and Experience: - Superb writing skills - Excellent organizational skills - Excellent in-person and electronic communication skills - Experience successfully using database management software - Social media, marketing, and content creation experience - Experience in basic website maintenance - Understanding of basic fundraising practices, including prospect identification, solicitation, cultivation, acknowledgment, stewardship, reporting, and ethical standards - Bachelor’s degree or five years of experience in a relevant field - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
