Renovation Co. Administrative Assistant

Confidential New Haven, Connecticut

This full time position requires a minimum of 6 years in office administrative work and the following: Minimum 3 years experience in a home improvement or architects office Minimum 1 year experience with product purchasing Mature Reliable Great customer service Problem solving Excellent English writing and speaking skills Strong math and MS office Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills Takes notes The role flexibility that a small business requires 40 Hours weekly. Hours do include some evenings (alternating between 9am to 5pm and 11pm to 7pm shifts). Possibly some weekend hours if you're available. and delivery coordination Marketing Office organization Monthly job site visits As a small business, the work involved will vary and therefore will require flexibility and pro-activity. Proficiency in some of the following a plus: CRM's, Powerpoint, Graphic design, editing, Photoshop, Computer networking and troubleshooting skills, Quickbooks experience.
